Does anyone know where I can find a good catering palo alto company? I am planning a party for my wife next month that I would like to have catered. I want the party to go perfectly and I think hiring a good catering company to handle the food and the service and the setup and take down. I have been thinking through the menu and I am not sure what would be best. My wife likes sushi and she likes chinese food too. I am not sure exactly what the guests would like too. Really I thknk she would be happy with anything but I want it to be high quality food.

Which is the best company to go with? The small boutique shop or the more established company with a sizable staff? I think we should go with the more estalished firm so we can be sure they to get the best service.
