One of the things to look for is how long the agent has been in business? You should do your best to find an agent that has been in the game for at least 2 years and longer. This experience is necessary because being a realtor takes time in learning. It isn’t like flipping burgers or dropping a basket of fries. It requires a lot of training, learning and everyday experience in order to be good at it. And we all know that only time and work will give you the much needed experience.
